0800Handyman continues to expand and we are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team for Saturdays and regular holiday relief during weekdays. You will be responsible for dealing with incoming bookings and allocating jobs on our CRM system. Job is based in East Sheen, so living within a commutable radius would be an advantage.
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer bookings and enquiries.
- Issuing cost estimates generated from our system.
- Answering customer queries.
- Allocating jobs by region.
- Experience of dealing with telephone enquiries and ability to solve problems.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM system
- Live within 15 minutes travel of SW14.
